Exhausting tests have concluded and our secret recipe takes advantage of the Stevia's flavour profile, matching it with the profile of a special blend of beans.

This Stevia Blend comes PRE-GROUND for your convenience, choose from Plunger or Espresso available in 250g, 450g and 1Kg packs.

NEW PNG Bean

Whilst in Brisbane before the Australia Day long weekend I had the good fortune to meet a bloke who imports coffee bean from a plantation in the PNG Highlands.

He let me have a few kilos of his latest harvest to sample.

The most recent harvest suffered logisitical problems common to the highlands, mudslides and transfer delays held up delivery until recently.

I look forward to sharing cupping notes with you before blending with other beans in our store.
